360 Recruiter/Account Manager
Job Description
GDI Communications Inc, a leading provider of recruitment solutions, is seeking a talented, independent, and deadline-focused 360 Recruiter/Account Manager to join our team in Japan. We excel in recruiting top talent for diverse industries, including IT and non-IT positions, both domestically and internationally. As a successful candidate, you will leverage your expertise in technology, technical roles, and the full recruitment process to deliver exceptional client and talent acquisition outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end (360) recruiting activities, including client and talent acquisition and matching.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client needs, building and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our 5-Step Recruiting Process and service offerings.
- Utilize platforms such as GDI App (ATS), LinkedIn (Recruiter Lite or RPS), Daijob, and others.
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates effectively.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop strategic recruiting plans.
- Ensure key metrics and KPIs are met and updated accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Experience in full life-cycle recruitment processes and platforms.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Platform.
- Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese.
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and a fast learner.
Salary/Commissions/Remuneration
- Competitive salary range of ¥3.5M – ¥5.5M, based on experience and skills.
- Shared recruiting commissions, ranging from 10% to 20%+ of placed candidates’ annual salaries.
- Base salary with a percentage increase dependent on billings, with no threshold.

- 100% remote or hybrid work environment.
