For a company with many new foreign employees, we offered cross-cultural training in English for those new to working in Japan. The training covered Japanese work culture and effective communication.

We discussed Japan’s sense of time, challenges for foreign employees, and cultural differences like collectivism vs. individualism. Participants shared their experiences and culture shocks, helping them understand differences from their home countries.
